Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0. These terms apply to every order placed through the Online Mixing & Mastering service.
Great Wave Audio offers three online services: Mixing, Stereo Mastering, and Mixing & Mastering combined. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on the Mixing & Mastering page.
Payment is required in full before work begins on a project.
Three turnaround options are available: Standard (5–7 working days), Fast Track (3–4 working days), and 48-Hour. Turnaround time begins once payment has been confirmed and the project files are accessible to us. Both conditions must be met before turnaround time starts.
Revision allowance for Mixing (and for the Mixing component of a combined order) is based on the selected package:
Mastering-only orders include 2 revisions. A combined Mixing & Mastering order follows the revision allowance of the selected Mixing package: a separate mastering revision allowance is not added on top.
Each revision is processed within 2–3 working days.
After a revision or final delivery is sent, the customer has 14 calendar days to respond. If no response is received within that window, the project is considered completed and closed.
No refunds are issued after successful payment, except in cases of a verified technical or system error, or a duplicate or incorrect payment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the project files they provide are accessible and that they hold the rights to submit them for mixing and/or mastering.
Work outside the scope of the selected package (additional songs, extra stems, or requests beyond the included revisions) is not automatically included. Contact Great Wave by email to discuss pricing for additional work.
Great Wave takes reasonable measures to protect customer data. We do not intentionally publish or disclose customer data or unreleased projects, and we will not use a customer's project for portfolio or promotional purposes without their permission. Great Wave is not responsible for unauthorized uploads or distribution of files by third parties outside our control.
Customers are responsible for backing up their own files. Great Wave does not guarantee permanent storage of project or delivery files.
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
